Cancellation and Refund Policy (All Tours)

Cancellations are only effective upon WCT receiving the written cancellation notification form signed by the client. This form can be requested by e-mail. Your initial deposit is used to secure your accommodations, transportation, guides, and internal flights. Therefore, your initial deposit is non- refundable, unless someone takes your place at full tour cost. *

We understand conflicts arise, so if you need to cancel prior to the final payment, all efforts will be made to fill your spot. If WCT fills your spot, a refund of your non-refundable deposit, less a $300.00  administration fee , will be issued; however, there are no guarantees.

If your final balance has not been received 90 days prior to trip commencement, Shayne McGuire will be entitled, at her own discretion, to treat your reservation as cancelled; the deposit and any trip fees as stated above will be forfeited.

Travel insurance for all safaris, tours, and workshops is highly recommended as you never know what life may have in store that might alter your plans.
